Portable Laser Printer

If you need a faster printing speed and quality monochrome prints, use a laser printer. Commonly used in offices for printing plain text documents, they are fast and very economical compared with ink-based printers. It can print 17-21 pages per minute (ppm) with a sharp and clear text, unlike ink-based printers which are slow and tend to washed out and banded when printing very small font sizes. Laser-Jet Printers

Laser-jet printers are high performance colored printers, also uses a toner but a colored one. Best for printing documents with colored charts and are commonly used in printing presentations and progress reports. One good example is the HP Color Laser-jet CP1215 Printer. Printing speed is about 12 ppm for printing monochrome documents and 8 ppm for colored ones. It can print 150 pages continuously without reloading. They are very reliable and almost maintenance-free which is perfect for companies that have tight budgets without sacrificing quality prints.

Finding a cheap photo scanner depends on how you prefer to buy it, on electronic stores or shop online. If you have the time to browse the internet I’m sure you can easily find every model on sale. Just remember to consider the shipping cost when comparing prices.
